My wife and I are so pleased with the haircut I got from MJ. She's amazing. I couldnt quit smiling or running my hands through my hair. I gave her 5 stars because that's all it'd let me do. My wife would give her 10 and she's got to look at me all day so I guess that what's counts. MJ said she'd only been there a month but she's a keeper! Please don't go anywhere MJ and if you do give me a heads up. Great job!

This is the 2nd time I have had a issue at the Lancaster store. I will not be back to this location. After work I signed in online and had to wait 95 minutes to get a hair cut. Online told me to be at the store at 652 pm. I walked in at 649. I was told to check in as I started to put my number in, she asked for my name I told her Chris. She then told me it shows that in in the chair now. There was some In the chair already. She then tells me that hit my name instead of the one in the chair. So I sit down to wait 30 more minutes. When the guy in the chair goes to pay he states thanks for getting us in right away! After he leaves I asked was he before me on the list or after. She just said he was on the list. With his comment he had to be after me. I didn't stay to get my cut after waiting 125 minutes I was to upset. That take time way from my family and after working 10 hours a day serving the public it would be great to see my little one before she goes to bed.

Whitney Dryer cut my grandson’s hair and did a fantastic job. He wouldn’t hold still and she never lost patience with him. Definitely will go back.
