I just wanted to make you aware of how disrespectful and down right rude your manager is at this location. I travel so I've been to many in the area as well as out of state and I can not believe how rude she is to her stylists. I don't know about your business but my guess is it's hard to keep good talent now a days but if a salon is constantly short staffed in spite of hiring good stylists you have to ask yourself why. Good stylists don't leave a job they enjoy. They leave because of poor management. Personally I've witnessed her blatantly be rude to one that asked for help checking me out and she acted like she couldn't be bothered but reluctantly came to her aid with heavy sighs. I felt like I was bothering her but after I left I thought to myself imagine what it's like for them. That's why I wanted to write a review. I'll be going to your Pickerington location from now on. The drive would be worth it not to have to deal with her attitude about doing her job. Awful.
