I told them less than an inch she cut off alot like my hair was down to my nose and I usually only trim and it doesn't come past my mid forhead now

Apparently a technical glitch was occurring today when I try to get a haircut so I couldn't check in via the app. No worries. Called the location, spoke with a stylist and tried to check in over the phone. Couldn't check in over the phone. Stylist I spoke with on the phone confirmed the technical problem that was occurring with the app. Arrived on site to this location. Was asked if I checked in online. Stated that I couldn't check in via the app because of the technical glitch. Stylist apologized, told me there would be a 30 minute wait, I sat down. No worries. While I was waiting, another gentleman checked in on site. When it was what I thought was my turn to be assisted, a female stylist took the gentleman who in checked in after I already sat down. When I stated that I had arrived before the gentleman, the stylist told me that he had checked in online. When I replied back that I had attempted to check in online but it didn't work, that I called about the technical issue before, and talked about with a stylist when I arrived on-site the technical issue, the stylist informed me the other gentleman checked in online. When I responded by asking how is that possible with the supposed technical issues I experienced, and that were acknowledged by the original stylist, another female stylist stated that "well, sometimes it works." I was not offered the opportunity to have my service performed first before the gentleman who had arrived after me, but was somehow able to check in online. There needs to be some type of remedial process in these situations for this location. As someone who had "done my due diligence" to check electronically, it is unprofessional to respond by saying "well sometimes it works" to a customer who clearly has communicated the electronic resources offered by the company were not working properly.
